I am Amol Vinayak Raut, a passionate Barista Trainer and Coffee Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and coffee industry. I began my coffee career in 2012 with Café Coffee Day, where I developed a strong foundation in coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations. Since then, my journey has been driven by continuous learning, skill development, and a deep passion for coffee.
Over the years, I have worked in various roles including Barista, Café Lead, Guest Associate, and Captain, gaining valuable experience across cafés, restaurants, and hotels. These roles have helped me build a strong understanding of beverage quality, team management, and customer satisfaction. My industry exposure allows me to bring real-world knowledge into my training sessions.
As a freelance Barista Trainer and Coffee Consultant, I specialize in training students and professionals in espresso extraction, coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and café operations. My teaching approach focuses on practical, hands-on learning so that students gain confidence and are job-ready for real café environments. I strongly believe that consistency, discipline, and attention to detail are essential qualities of a successful barista.
My goal is to inspire students to build successful careers in the coffee industry by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and professional mindset.
